In Circuit CMS, you can collaborate seamlessly with your team by leaving comments directly on scenes and tours using our built-in commenting feature. All comments for scenes and tours will be saved in a panel so that you can track the feedback history.

How to Comment on Tours and 360 Scenes

⚠️ Please note that commenting functionality is not available for gallery scenes, CTAs, and CTAs selected within tour configuration.

  1. Add a comment

    1. Rich text fields (like guide cards and splash pages): A comment icon will appear when you highlight text.

    2. All other fields (like titles, headings, and images): Look for the purple comment icon on the right side of the field or section.

  2. Once you click the comment icon, the comment panel will open on the right where you can leave your feedback. Please note that you cannot directly tag team members in your comment.

  3. When you're ready, click Comment.

  4. Finally, save the page as a draft, or publish it, in order for the comment to save.

How to Enable Comment Notifications on Specific Scene/Tour Pages

  1. Comment notifications are enabled by default on your account.

  2. Once you leave a comment on a scene or tour, notifications will be automatically turned on for that specific page.

  3. To enable notifications manually for a page you haven’t commented on yet, open the comment panel and toggle on Comment Notifications.

  4. You’ll receive an email whenever new comments are added to that scene or tour.

How to Disable Comment Notifications Across All Scene/Tour Pages

  1. Click your name in the bottom-left corner of the CMS.

  2. Select Account.

  3. Navigate to the Notifications tab.

  4. At the bottom of the page, find the Updated Comment Notifications toggle and switch it off.

  5. Click Save to apply your changes.

  6. Once disabled, you will no longer receive notifications—even if you manually enable them for individual pages.
