Hidden Tours let you hide a tour from the virtual tour homepage and menus, so that the tour is only accessible through a link known and shared by you.

This is a great option if you have tours created for very specific purposes. One common use is a tour created to share with a specific audience, that's not discoverable by the general public exploring your main virtual tour site.

How to Create a Hidden Tour

  1. Go to Tours in the left navigation panel

  2. Navigate to the tour you want to hide and click into it

  3. From the available navigation tabs at the top, click Promote

  4. Scroll down to the Hide from Universal Menus checkbox and check it

  5. Publish your tour, and your tour is now hidden

The tour is now hidden, meaning it's only accessible via a direct link and not through the virtual tour’s explore tab, homepage or finished tour screens.

To retrieve a link for your hidden tour:

  1. Go to Tours in the left navigation panel

  2. Navigate to the tour you want to share

  3. Click on the Action button with three dots

  4. Click Share from the available options

  5. Copy the link
