How to understand your Analytics report

The Circuit analytics dashboard provides you with powerful insights on the performance of your virtual tour, and looks closely at awareness, engagement, and conversion.

A PDF copy of your analytics report will be emailed to you weekly or monthly, and the interactive version of the report is available in your Circuit CMS via the Analytics Tab.

This article includes a walkthrough of the analytics dashboard and some frequently asked questions.


FAQs

How can I receive a copy of the report emailed to me weekly/monthly?

If you do not currently and would like to receive your weekly/monthly report by email, please email support@madewithcircuit.com and include your name, email, and organization. Our team will set you up to receive reports right away!

Can I change the timeframe of the report?

Yes! On any page of the interactive report, you can go to the upper right corner and click on the date chooser to change the timeframe of the report.

Can I download a copy of the report?

Yes! At the top of the page, click on the down arrow beside the share button, and then click download report.

What is an engaged session?

An engaged session is a session in which the user interacts with an element of your virtual tour. This includes, but is not limited to: starting a tour, clicking a CTA, moving around a 360, or clicking on a hotspot.

What is a successful CTA event?

A successful CTA event occurs when your visitor does one of the following:

  • Clicks on a button CTA directing them to external link

  • Clicks on a button within a notice CTA

  • Fills out and submits a form through a timed or notice CTA

  • Finishes a video within a notice CTA

What is the benchmark metric?

Applicable only to customers in higher education

Below key metrics such as Engagement Rate, Average Duration, Views per Session, and Time Per View, you'll notice a comparison of your tour performance compared to the top-tier performance across counterparts in the industry.
