Collections help you organize your images and videos to easily find them when you need to. In this article, you will learn how to get started with collections and how to add existing and new images and videos to a collection.
Creating a Collection
Navigate to Images in the navigation panel
Click the three dots next to where it says Add an image and click Add Collection
Name your Collection
Select a Parent Collection
If this is going to be a top level collection (like a campus or city) select Default
If this is going to be folder within a collection (like a building on a campus) select the Collection you want to add it to
Click Create
Adding Existing Images/Videos to Collections
Navigate to Images or Embed Videos in the navigation panel
Click on the check box in the upper left corner of image/video you wish to add to a collection (you select as many or as little as you would like y using Bulk Actions)
Select Add to Collection at the bottom
From the drop down menu, select the Collection you wish to add it to
Click Yes, Add
Adding New Images/Videos to Collections
Navigate to Images or Embed Videos in the navigation panel
Click Add an image
Select the collection you wish to add it to from the drop down menu
Drag and drop images into the box or select files from your computer and click upload
Renaming, Editing, and Deleting a Collection
Navigate to Settings > Collections in the navigation panel
Rename a collection by clicking on it. You can also edit its Parent collection, or Delete it
Click Save
