Timed Calls to Action (CTAs) can appear within individual tours and pop up at various timepoints, either on entry to any page of your Circuit Virtual Tour, after a tour Splash Page, or after a specific number of scenes.

Virtual tours are an effective way to generate leads, converting visitors to email subscribers or providing options to request more information from your organization. One way to increase the conversion rates of lead generation in your virtual tour is by using notices or forms that fire throughout the tour experience.

There are two types of Timed CTAs: forms and notices. Check out the videos below to learn more about each type of Timed CTA.

Create a Timed CTA - Notice

A Timed CTA - Notice opens a customizable notice within your virtual tour experience at a designated time point (on entry or after a certain number of scenes).

You can add an image/video, paragraph, external links to promote upcoming things like upcoming events, tours, additional resources, and more.

How to Create a Timed CTA - Notice:

  1. Go to Calls to Action in the navigation panel

  2. Click Add call to action

  3. Select Timed CTA to set up your CTA

  4. Enter an internal Name for your CTA

  5. Select the Action for your CTA: Notice

  6. Give your notice a Title

  7. Enter the content you wish to appear on the notice. This can be a combination of media (image or embedded video), paragraph, and buttons for external links

  8. Ensure Enabled is checked

  9. Click Save

Create a Timed CTA - Form

A Timed CTA - Form opens an embedded form at a designated time point (on entry or after a certain number of scenes). You can connect any of your existing email or CRM forms to this.

How to Create a Timed CTA - Form:

  1. Go to Calls to Action in the navigation panel

  2. Click Add call to action

  3. Select Timed CTA to set up your CTA

  4. Enter an internal Name for your CTA

  5. Select the Action for your CTA: Form
