In this article, we will explain how to regenerate audio for a scene or hotspot, but this process can also be followed to regenerate audio for tour splash pages, gallery scenes, and Matterport Embed scenes. There are some situations where you may need to regenerate your audio, like if the text in a specific guide card changes, but it's just as easy as generating audio!

How to Update Generated Audio

  1. Go to the Scenes tab in the navigation panel

  2. Drill down into the project you want to focus on by clicking the arrow

  3. Drill down into the group you want to focus on by clicking the arrow

  4. Locate the scene that you want to regenerate the audio for, and click Edit

  5. Click Update Audio

  6. Make any alterations you would like to the Current guide card text

  7. Select a name from the Choose a Voice Profile drop-down menu

  8. Click Generate Audio

  9. Allow your audio a few moments to generate, and once it appears, click Play

  10. Click Save Audio

  11. Click Save Draft to save your changes, and click Publish if you want to publish them

If you've identified a word or phrase that is or could be consistently mispronounced by the AI, add it as a record in the Pronunciation section of your Circuit CMS to avoid manually regenerating that specific word across your content.

How to Clear Audio

  1. Locate the scene that you want to regenerate the audio for, and click Edit

  2. Click Clear Choice

  3. Click Save Draft to save your changes, and click Publish if you want to publish them

Enable Audio on your Tour

  1. From the available navigation options at the top, click Settings

  2. Scroll to Guide Audio Enabled section

  3. Click on the check box to enable audio on all of your content on the tour

  4. Click Publish
