Prospects looking for a platform rely on reviews and insights from people who know Circuit best - people like you! We're working to establish our review profiles and are hoping you'd be open to writing us a review.

We know your time is valuable, so we’ve pulled together questions you can expect from G2 and Capterra, along with some insights from customer testimonials to help you start thinking about how to answer the prompts.

What do you like best OR what do you like most about the software?

Think about:

  • What features are most impactful?

  • Is the product easy to use?

  • Was integration into your existing business processes easy?

Some potential ideas or topics to get you started:

  • It delivers a top-notch user experience that reflects well on our brand

  • The content management system is user-friendly and powerful, supporting all collaborators on our project

  • Analytics dashboard is valuable to measure performance and track ROI

  • The platform is always improving with continuous enhancements and updates

  • I’ve used other CMS systems in the past, and Circuit’s CMS is incredibly straight-forward and intuitive

What do you dislike OR what do you like least about the software?

Think about:

  • Are there features you feel are missing or could be improved?

  • Are there aspects of the product that are difficult to us?

  • Was integration with your existing business processes difficult?

Some potential ideas or topics to get you started:

  • The platform is constantly being upgrades, so a few times I’ve run into issues with new functionality, however, the support team is always quick to snuff out bugs

  • There is a bit of a learning curve on the CMS but the training sessions, help videos, and team support got me up to speed

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Describe your overall experience with the software.

Think about:

  • What business problems are you solving?

  • What benefits does Circuit offer your team?

  • What benefits does Circuit give your customers?

Potential ideas or topics to get you started:

  • During a time when in-person events are getting lower attendance, it’s been an invaluable engagement tool as well as a high-performing conversion tool to generate leads

  • Circuit helps me show our spaces in a high-quality, repeatable way that isn’t possible through a standard website

  • We’re able to create a variety of personalized tours for different audiences that helps them see information most important to their needs

  • We can edit and add to our tour in real-time, meaning it doesn’t get stagnant and we can easily keep it up to date

  • Compared to a custom-built website, it saves significant time. We were up and running extremely quickly at a fair price point!

Recommendations to others considering the product.

Think about:

  • What do you wish you knew heading into your Circuit build?

  • What would you tell a colleague that is just starting with Circuit?

Potential ideas or topics to get you started:

  • Opt for CRM integration so your lead forms are directly featured in Circuit

  • Start with an initial set of two or three tours and build it out over time, instead of trying to do everything at once

Finally, here are some other tips recommended by the companies for writing helpful reviews:

✅ Be specific. Instead of just saying that you like the product, say why. What features do you love? Use clear examples of specific experiences - the more details, the better.

✅ Be readable. Reviews need to be readable for others. Use proper grammar, avoid excessive capitalization or punctuation, and be sure to check your spelling.

✅ Be objective. Try to highlight both positives and negatives in your review, even if your experience skews heavily in one direction.

✅ Be recent. The best reviews are those written about current software versions, and within a year of use.

✅ Be relevant. While we provide an open forum, please ensure your review is useful to other software buyers. Avoid off-topic discussions or personal opinions not relevant to your direct experience using the software.

Be sure to follow these guidelines when leaving a review:

✅ Be yourself. Don't post as, or pretend to be, someone else, and do not say you're associated with a person or organization with which you are not. Use your real name, email address, and company name with us so we can verify your identity.

✅ Be honest. Share your real experience with the software. Don't try to boost or lower the ratings of a vendor of "game" the system.

❌ Don't write abusive, hateful, threatening, or harassing content. Avoid personal threats, hate speech, obscenities, or inflammatory language.

❌ Don't include other's personal information. Don't post information that can be used to identity another individual or compromise their privacy.

✅ Keep your focus on the software. Don't promote or disparage other products or vendors in a review. Keep your comments focused on the experience you had with the product you are reviewing.
