It is essential to keep your Virtual Tours updated, and with that comes the need to add and remove Scenes and Tours whether this be to remove outdated content or to make space for new ones. In this article, we will explore how to Unpublish a Tour and any related Scenes.
To Unpublish a Tour :
Login to your CMS
Click Tours from the dashboard on the left-hand side of your screen
Hover over the relevant tour group and click the purple arrow
Locate the Tour you would like to remove and click on the Actions button with three dots
Click Unpublish from the options
When you unpublish the tour itself, your scenes will no longer be seen, however, until the scenes themselves are unpublished, they still count towards your scene quota.
To Unpublish an entire Project :
Click Scenes from the dashboard on the left-hand side of your screen
Locate the Project you would like to unpublish scenes from and click on the Actions button with three dots
Click Unpublish from the options
To Unpublish Specific Scenes:
Click Scenes from the dashboard on the left-hand side of your screen
Locate the Project you would like to unpublish scenes from and click the purple arrow
Hover over the relevant Scene, then click the Actions button with three dots
Click Unpublish from the options
