On your Virtual Tour, each scene within a tour contains a Scene Card with the title of the scene as well as a Thumbnail Image. Occasionally you may encounter a broken thumbnail or empty thumbnail, which will require you to regenerate the Thumbnail Image via the CMS.
How to Regenerate a Thumbnail Image for a Scene
Search for the scene in your CMS
Click Edit on the Scene
Click the Settings Tab
Under Thumbnail, check Clear
Click Save Draft
Once your draft has been saved, click the arrow next to Save Draft
Click Publish
