Product Updates | September 2026

New in Circuit

Know when your CTAs go live. Control how your maps open.

This month's update keeps your whole team informed when CTAs launch or expire, and puts the map's opening view in your hands.

Keep your team in the loop

The person who creates a scheduled CTA isn't always the person who needs to know when it goes live. Editors can now turn on CTA notifications and get an email the moment a scheduled CTA goes live or expires.

Notifications for scheduled CTAs you didn't create are off by default, so nobody gets unexpected email.

Give visitors the map view you intended

A great map experience starts with the right view. When tall buildings obscure the map or content stretches across a large area, the default view isn't always the best place for visitors to start.

Editors can now set a custom camera angle and rotation for any place on the map, either visually or by entering exact values in the CMS. On a dense urban location, that might mean a top-down view, or tilting the angle so a tower doesn't block what matters.

Visitors will see the map as you intended from the moment it loads.

Ongoing platform upgrades

Also rolled out

Smaller improvements from the past month include:

  • Map markers and labels now behave consistently across the Search and Places tabs

  • Buildings render cleanly at every zoom level, with smoother colour transitions and no 3D rendering artifacts

  • Image selection on tour editing pages now respects your per-tour fallbacks

  • Self-guided tours perform better on devices without motion controls

  • The CTA bulk actions menu now scrolls on both sides, making drag-and-drop easier
