New in Circuit
Duplicate tours, smarter CTAs, and an easier path to Personalization
This month, editors can reuse tours and set up CTAs with less guesswork, and visitors can find Personalization more easily.
Duplicate tours instead of starting from scratch
Building a new tour used to mean starting from zero. Now you can copy an existing tour, scenes and CTAs included, and turn it into something new in minutes, like a Campus Highlights tour reworked for Open House.
Find it under the ⋯ menu → ⧉ Copy.
Pick the right CTA the first time
A CTA’s action can’t be changed once it’s saved, so choosing correctly matters. The updated selection panel now previews Form, Notice, and Text Link actions side by side, so you can compare before you build.
Guide visitors to Personalization
A new tooltip on the tour homepage invites visitors to discover the Personalize Your Tour tab. Once there, they can choose their interests, like Dining, Arts, or Classrooms, and explore tours curated for them.
Personalization is available on select plans. Ask your CS Specialist about how it can enhance your tour.
Ongoing platform upgrades
Also rolled out
Smaller improvements from the past month include:
Gallery slides: Changes to required fields in gallery slides now prevent incomplete content from being published
Custom forms: Noindex rules on custom forms now prevent them from being indexed in search results outside the virtual tour context
Fixed a bug that affected tour saving after using bulk CTA assignment on a draft tour
Fixed an issue where searching for scenes when creating a tour could display unrelated content
