Button Calls to Action (CTAs) are static CTAs that can used within scenes, hotspots, tours, and on the tour homepage.
There are three types of Button CTAs available within Circuit: external links, forms, and notices. Check out the videos below to learn more about each type of Button CTA.
Create a Button CTA - Form
A Button CTA - Form is a static button within your virtual tour experience that will open an embedded form when the visitor clicks on the button. You can connect any of your existing email or CRM forms to this. Don't have a form within Circuit? Message our team to get started!
Here's an example of a form in Circuit:
To Create a Button CTA - Form:
Go to Calls to Action in the navigation panel
Click Add call to action
Select Button CTA to set up your CTA
Enter an internal name for your CTA
Add the Button Text for what you want to appear to visitors
Select the action for your CTA: Form
Give your form a title
Optional: Add a Form Image and Paragraph description of your form
Select the form from the drop down menu
Ensure Enabled is checked
Click Save
Create a Button CTA - Notice
A Button CTA - Notice is a static button within your virtual tour experience that will open a customizable notice when the visitor clicks on the button. You can add an image/video, paragraph, external links to promote upcoming things like upcoming events, tours, additional resources, and more.
Here's an example of a notice in Circuit:
To Create a Button CTA - Notice:
Go to Calls to Action in the navigation panel
Click Add call to action
Select Button CTA to set up your CTA
Enter an internal name for your CTA
Add the Button Text for what you want to appear to visitors
Select the action for your CTA: Notice
Give your Notice a Title
Enter the content you wish to appear on the notice. This can be a combination of media (image or embedded video), paragraph, and buttons for external links
Ensure Enabled is checked off
Click Save
Create a Button CTA - External Link
A Button CTA - External Link is a static button within your virtual tour experience that will open an external link in a new tab when the visitor clicks on the button. This works great for directing visitors to your website to learn more.
To Create a Button CTA - External Link:
Go to Calls to Action in the navigation panel
Click Add call to action
Select Button CTA to set up your CTA
Enter an internal name for your CTA
Add the Button Text for what you want to appear to visitors
Select the action for your CTA: External Link
Enter the external link
Ensure Enabled is checked off
Click Save
