Personalization allows visitors to create their own unique journey as they go through your content, choosing which scenes are most relevant to them.
With Personalization, you can create and edit categories and labels to organize your content to allow visitors to see what matters most to them.
In this article, you will learn how to add labels you have already created to your projects, groups, and scenes. You will also learn how to create new labels within your project, group, and scene editors.
How to Add a Label to a Scene
Go to the Scenes tab in the navigation panel
Drill down into the project you want to focus on by clicking the arrow
Drill down into the group you want to focus on by clicking the arrow
Locate the Scene that you want to add Labels to, and click Edit
Scroll down from within the scene editor to the Personalization section
Click Choose Label
Click the Label you would like to add to the scene
If you would like to create a new label option, click Manage Labels and build out your label in the Personalization section of the CMS
Repeat this process until you have added all of your desired labels
Don't forget to Save Draft to save your changes, and click Publish if you want to publish them
Adding Labels to Projects and Groups
The process of adding a label to a project or group is the same as adding a label to a scene. The only difference is that projects and groups will "hand down" their labels to the scenes and groups organized within them.
Scenes within Projects and Groups that have been given labels will inherit those labels. For example, if you have a project called "Toronto Campus," and assign it the "Toronto Campus" label, all scenes within the project will also be given that label.
