If you have a new member of your team who needs access to the CMS and you have the Manager role, you can give them access yourself. If you do not have Manager permissions, contact our Customer Success team and we will happily set up your new team members for you. The different roles you can assign to new users and the permissions associated with each role are outlined below:

How to Add a New User to the CMS
From your homepage, click Settings and then User
Click Add User
In the Account tab, ensure the Send Welcome Email box is checked
Click Username box and Type in Username
Click Email & Insert New User’s Email
Add First & Last Name and click Roles
In the Roles tab, check the desired role type for new user
Click Add User
If you would like to set your new user's password yourself:
From your homepage, click Settings and then User
Click Add User
In the Account tab, ensure the Send Welcome Email box is not checked
Click Username box and Type in Username
Click Email & Insert New User’s Email
Add First & Last Name
Select and type in your New User's password and then click Roles
In the Roles tab, select the desired role type for new user
Click Add User
