Forms can be used in conjunction with Circuit's Call to Action functionality as incredibly useful lead capture tools. There are 3 different kinds of forms, and each must be set up differently.
What are the different kinds of forms?
iFrame Forms are embedded lead capture forms where you customize the styling. The Circuit team has no control over how the form looks or the data collected but can help you create CTAs using this form. Check out our article on CRM forms to learn more.
Hosted Forms are lead capture forms where Circuit hosts the code for you. These forms offer more control over styling and what happens after the user submits. Check out our article on CRM forms to learn more.
Email Forms are lead capture forms that can be set up directly in your CMS. Submissions are stored in the Circuit CMS and emailed to an email address you specify. While integrated CRM Forms are the preferred option for capturing visitor contact information, email forms are a useful solution when CRM forms aren't available. Check out our article on email forms to learn more.
How do I use a form once it has been set up?
Once forms have been set up in your CMS by the Circuit team, you will need to manually create Calls to Action using these forms. There are two types of CTAs you can create: a Timed CTA - Form, and a Button CTA - Form. Click the links for each to learn how to create them.
